In a very difficult historical period for youth employment, resorting to loans for young people is a good opportunity to obtain the funds needed to open a start-up or any other business activity. In most cases, these are non-repayable disbursements or in any case super-facilitated conditions that require specific requirements, from the age of the applicants to the use of the funds made available. In a country, from 1 March 2017 and until resources are exhausted, you can apply for access to microcredit for new youth and female businesses. The tender provides for the granting of a subsidized loan at zero rate, up to a maximum of 70% of the total eligible cost, ie for an amount not exceeding 24 thousand and 500 euros. The duration of the loan is 7 years, with a technical pre-amortization of up to 3 months. The beneficiaries are the micro and small enterprises defined as youth or female or the natural persons intending to start a business of the same type in the territory of the Tuscany region.

Also interesting is the Glipin Pin initiative of the Glipin region aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 35 and living in the area, who intend to implement projects with an entrepreneurial vocation and high potential for local development, in the areas of cultural innovation, technological and social. Each project can obtain a loan of between 10 thousand and 30 thousand euros, to cover the management costs and investments of the first year and a series of support services co-designed with the same beneficiaries. The funds are already available until exhaustion.

However, the new funding from the kumpia region for the setting up of youth and women’s companies is available only until May 31, 2017, with the aim of facilitating the establishment and start-up of companies promoted by young people, aimed at the production of goods and the provision of services, including trade and personal services, provided they are in any case related to the exercise of an entrepreneurial activity. Loans for young kumpians consist of operating grants up to 18 thousand and 300 euros, or in measures aimed at facilitating the investment for the purchase of machinery, equipment, patents, licenses, brands, plants and restructuring of buildings used for activities of enterprise for investments up to 130 thousand euros with subsidized financing.
